I started playing music when I was about 10 and began working as a sound engineer when I was 15.

When I finished high school I moved to Melbourne to study music. I went to Box Hill Tafe and then VCA where I completed a bachelor of music performance / improvisation. Whilst studying, some friends and I started a band called Saskwatch and we made a record. It was my first time in a recording studio and I was completely hooked.

In the following years I played in Dorsal Fins, Cloud Control, Little May and a bunch of other bands. I also started writing and recording my own music with the help of a terrific producer named Magoo. He's helped me a heck of a lot over the years with making music, especially with understanding what it means to be a producer.

Since working as a producer, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of great artists like Julia Jacklin, Didirri, Little May, Nat Vazer, Jess Locke, Jim Lawrie and The Hunter Express and also took on the complicated task of producing my own music.

I have a studio in Collingwood, I call it 'Sauna Studios'. I built the room in 2018 and have been mostly working out of there since, but I'm up for making music anywhere.
